Meet Our Leadership

Terry Waters

CEO
I served for 22 years in the Infantry, completing operational tours around the world while commanding and training soldiers. After leaving the Army in 2013, I moved into the security industry as a Contracts Manager. Drawing on my military experience, leadership skills and industry knowledge, I founded GRH and developed it into the successful, trusted business it is today.
Leon Findlay

Managing Director

I began my career in the British Army, serving with The Queen’s Royal Lancers and completing operational tours in Bosnia, Cyprus and Iraq. During my service, I qualified as an NBC instructor, gunnery instructor and tank commander, developing strong leadership and operational skills.
After leaving the Army, I moved into private security and progressed to Contracts Manager. I joined GRH as Managing Director, where I have helped develop the company into a trusted provider of recruitment, security and workforce solutions.

With a background in the Armed Forces and over 12 years of security industry experience, I bring discipline, strong leadership and an operationally focused approach to every role. I am committed to building dependable teams, maintaining consistently high standards and delivering trusted security and facilities management solutions tailored to the needs of each client.
Gabriella Waters

HR Assistant

I have spent much of my life travelling and gaining experience in different parts of the world, including living in Australia. These experiences allowed me to meet people from a wide range of backgrounds, adapt to new environments and develop valuable personal and professional skills.
After returning to the UK, I joined GRH and became part of a growing and ambitious team. Since then, I have continued to develop my knowledge and contribute to the company’s success. I am committed to maintaining high standards, supporting those around me and helping GRH deliver a reliable, professional and customer-focused service.
